Each piece is handmade to order just for you. Please allow 3–4 weeks for your jewellery to be carefully crafted and shipped from our studio.

Returns

Because all items are made to order we do not encourage returns.

However, if you are unsatisfied with the product, you are able to return your order within 14 days of delivery. Every item must be returned in its original state and packaging.

Shipping costs of returns are at the sender's expense.

You will receive an email confirmation once we have received your return and  we aim to refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
