Crafted from carefully selected resins, metals, and threads. Due to the handcrafted nature and specific materials, we recommend avoiding contact with water, as some elements may naturally change or discolor over time.

Shipping & Returns

Our accessories are carefully handcrafted in Italy and delivered within 8–10 working days.

You may return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our part.

To initiate a return, please email lotte@bellalot.nl with your order number and reason for return. Once we have received the item in good condition, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
