Prolonged sunlight or friction may fade or alter the bead color. Colors may also vary slightly from photos due to screen and lighting differences.

Avoid overfilling the holder, forcing in oversized items, or placing excessive weight on it, as this may stretch, deform, or damage it. Handle with care—dropping or pulling the holder forcefully may break the beads or holder.

Each holder is handmade, so slight variations in size and bead appearance are natural; actual measurements may differ slightly from those listed.

SHIPPING

We ship to EU countries. Shipping costs €4.25 within the Netherlands and €10 to other EU countries for parcels up to 500 g (incl. VAT). Netherlands orders over €150 ship free.

Orders ship within 5 business days after payment. Delivery may be delayed by weather, traffic, or busy periods. EU international delivery usually takes about 2 weeks, depending on customs and local conditions.

If you refuse delivery or don’t collect your package in time, you’re responsible for return and re-delivery costs. Orders not collected within the carrier’s holding period may be canceled and refunded minus shipping fees.

RETURNS

Contact us before returning an item. Approved returns receive a shipping label and instructions. Unauthorized returns won’t be accepted.

You pay return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect; we’ll cover it in those cases. Please report any issue promptly to info@closet.eco

Sale items and gift cards can’t be returned. To exchange an item, return it first, then place a new order.

For EU orders, you may withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. Items must be unused, unworn, tagged, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

We’ll notify you after inspecting your return. Approved refunds go to your original payment method; processing times may vary.
