A hand-knit mohair silk vest defined by its sculptural cable knit texture and soft, lightweight structure. Designed as a versatile layering piece, it transitions effortlessly between seasons.

Made from 70% RMS-certified kid mohair and 30% mulberry silk, the yarn creates a delicate balance of warmth and lightness. The result is a soft, airy knit with a fluid drape and a subtly textured surface.

Each vest is handmade in our Salzburg atelier in limited quantities, reflecting a commitment to traditional craftsmanship, material integrity, and thoughtful design.

The model is 1,73 meters tall and is wearing size S/M. 

Because each piece is hand-knitted in our Salzburg atelier, we are happy to offer limited made-to-measure adjustments such as length or fit.

Care:

• Gentle hand wash in cold water with a gentle detergent without lanolin.

• Alternatively, delicately dry clean, code "P"

• Do not bleach / Do not tumble dry

• Dry flat, away from direct sunlight

• Store garment flat, do not hang

Onika Knitwear is a Salzburg-based knitwear atelier dedicated to preserving traditional hand-knitting, creating heirloom knitwear for the contemporary wardrobe. Each piece is crafted in small batches using premium natural fibres including ICEA-certified Grade A cashmere and RMS-certified mohair.
