The Hubag is a sustainable upcycling label based in Lübeck, Germany, creating handcrafted bags from carefully selected second-hand cowhide. All bags are handmade in Germany.

Each piece is developed through a conscious, slow process in which existing materials are reimagined and reworked rather than newly produced. At the heart of the brand is the material itself: every bag is shaped by the natural character of the hide, making each piece truly one of a kind — with its own texture, history, and character.
